Abstract
U prvom djelu završnog rada obradit će se teme vezane uz skladišta, skladištenje robe i upravljanje zalihama kao dio logističkih procesa u nekom proizvodno-prodajnom procesu. Pokušat ću što točnije opisati definiciju i vrste skladišta, kao i skladišnu opremu i samu funkciju skladišta. Opisano je također kako se roba čuva u skladištima ,te kako se u poslovanju firme roba vodi kao zaliha, opisat ću i definiciju zaliha, kao i ulogu i upravljanje zalihama, a sve kao zajednički logistički proces u poslovanju. Uz želju za što stvarnijim predstavljanjem pojma skladišta i zaliha, opisat ću način skladištenja i praćenja zaliha u trgovini „SUPER KONZUM“ u Ivancu.
Abstract (english)
In the first part of this work it will be shown all about the warehouses, storage of goods and all about the inventory management. That all will be shown as a part of logistic processes in the production-sales process. I will try to describe the definition and types of warehouses as well as the storage equipment and warehouse function as precisely as possible. It is also described how the goods are stored in the warehouses, and how it manages the commodity business as a stock. I will describe the inventory definition as well as the role and inventory management as a common logistics process in the business. With the desire for real representation of the concept of warehouse and inventory, I will describe the method of storing and monitoring inventories at the "SUPER KONZUM" store in Ivanac.
