Abstract

Although a very common problem, which causes many problems, hemorrhoids are not one of those diseases that are a lot of stories. Many people suffer in silence, either from embarrassment or reluctance to claim assistance. Untreated symptomatic hemorrhoids can become more than inconvenience and seriously disrupt an active lifestyle and cause unnecessary suffering. Nowadays hemorrhoidal disease is a growing problem for many people and it can be said that the scourge of modern times. With hemorrhoids at least once in their lives meets 50-85 percent of the people. More often affect the population older than 45 years, but this is not the rule, in view of the fact that today more and more problems with hemorrhoids have younger people. Women and men are equally prone to developing hemorrhoids, but they are especially common in pregnant women, but usually as a temporary problem. [1] Mechanism of hemorrhoidal disease is associated with failure (impaired function) of the valve mechanism within the artery-venous shunt. The venous part of the shunt can not blood carried by the arteries completely ship still in the venous part of the bloodstream, leading to an increase in node. Over time, the elastic-supporting and muscle tissue also increased hemoroidal node weak, and he gradually descends toward the external opening of the anus. The physiological function of hemorrhoids weak and there are typical symptoms of the disease. [2] The treatment of hemorrhoids is conducted conservative, non-surgical and surgical methods. The nurse has a very important role in the health care of patients with hemorrhoid disease.
