Abstract
Autor ovim radom opisuje proces komuniciranja među ljudima, njegova obilježja i pravila te poremećaje u razmjeni poruka među sugovornicima. Manipulira se u komunikaciji na razne načine: nekada svjesno, a nekada i ne. Pozadina manipuliranja uvijek je skrivena namjera pokrenuta strahovima, emocijama, željama, potrebama. Komunikacija je neophodan dio ljudskog života i osnovno je sredstvo koje služi ispunjenju njihovih potreba. Ona je sredstvo pomoću kojega dvije ili više osoba razmjenjuju informacije i međusobno utječu na svoja mišljenja i ponašanja. Autor se u radu osvrće na verbalnu i neverbalnu komunikaciju, što predstavlja glavnu podjelu komunikacije. Isto tako, autor u ovom radu definira pojam manipulacije i otkriva kojim se manipulativnim taktikama manipulatori služe i kako ih primjenjuju u poslovanju, te kako navode druge da rade upravo ono što oni žele. Manipulacija u suvremenome razdoblju pojmovno evoluira, pa u ekonomiji manipulacija (potrošačima) poprima oblik reklame, odnosno ekonomske propagande, u politici manipulacija (biračima), kao i na ekonomskom području, poprima oblik propaganda. Manipulacija u obrazovanju preuzima oblik indoktrinacije, dok u iskorištavanju slobodnog vremena ima oblik industrije zabave. Na primjeru Adolfa Hitlera i Franka Abagnalea autor je prikazao manipulatore iz javnog života, ali isto tako autor se osvrnuo i na primjer medija kao sredstvo manipulacije u poslovanju i menadžmentu.

The author in this paper describes the process of communication between people, its characteristics and rules and distortions in the exchange of messages between interlocutors. Manipulated in communication in various ways: sometimes consciously and sometimes not. Background manipulation is always hidden intentions launched fears, emotions, desires, needs. Communication is an essential part of human life and a fundamental means by which people meet their needs. It is the means by which two or more people share information and interact on their views and behavior. The author gladly refers to verbal and non-verbal communication, which is a major division of communications. Similarly, the author of this paper defines the concept of manipulation and discovers that manipulative tactics manipulators are used and how they are applied in business, and to cause others to do exactly what they want.Manipulation in the modern period conceptual evolves, but the manipulation of the economy (consumers) takes the form of advertisements or advertising, the manipulation of politics (voters), as well as in the economic field, takes the form of propaganda. Manipulation in education takes the form of indoctrination, while the exploitation of free time has a form of entertainment industry. For example Adolf Hitler and Frank Abagnale author presented manipulators of public life, but also the author commented on the example of the media as a means of manipulation in business and management.
