Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je ukazati na važnosti čimbenika oblikovanja organizacije, upoznati se sa samom organizacijom, njenom važnosti i značajem te organizacijskom strukturom. Posebna pažnja posvećuje se čimbenicima oblikovanja organizacije te njihovom detaljnom prikazu utjecaja na organizaciju. Utjecaj čimbenika je osobito važan na oblikovanje organizacijske strukture. Nadalje, postoje unutarnji čimbenici organizacije i vanjski čimbenici organizacije. Unutarnji čimbenici organizacije su međusobno povezani te promjena jednog čimbenika dovodi do promjene drugog čimbenika. Za razliku od unutarnjih čimbenika, na koje organizacija može djelovati i koje može sama definirati, vanjski čimbenici su čimbenici okoline na koje organizacija ne može djelovati već im se mora prilagođavati. Što su čimbenici povoljniji i bolji, to će se i ciljevi organizacijske strukture efikasnije ostvariti. Unutarnji čimbenici ne djeluju izolirano jedan od drugoga već su međusobno povezani. Mogu se izdvojiti unutarnji čimbenici kojima se pridodaje posebna pažnja i koji uvelike utječu na organizaciju kao i njezinu uspješnost, a to su ljudi u organizaciji i proizvodi u organizaciji. Ljudi su jedini živi element u organizaciji i oni ih moraju proizvoditi, odnosno pretočiti u život. Proizvod u organizaciji je vrlo važan čimbenik koji ima utjecaj i na tehnologiju organizacije. Proizvod mora svojim oblikom i svojstvima koja posjeduje zadovoljavati određene potrebe kupaca. Kupci predstavljaju jedan od najvažnijih vanjskih čimbenika organizacije te utječu na njezin uspjeh.

The aim of this final thesis is to indicate the importance of factors in the process of forming an organisation. To familiarize oneself with the organisation, its importance and the organisational structure. There is a special emphasis on the factors of organisational process as well as a detailed display of their influence on the organisation. The influence of the factors is factors is particularly important for the process of forming organisational structure. However, there are internal and external factors of the organisation. Internal factors are mutually connected and any alternation in one of the factors leads to the alternation in another factor. Unlike internal factors, which can be influenced and defined by the organisation, the external factors are the surrounding factors which cannot be influenced by the organisation and they have to be adapted to. The more favourable the factors, the aims of the organisational structure are more likely to be efficiently met. Internal factors do not function apart from one another. Instead, they are connected. We could abstract internal factors which are given special attention and which greatly influence the organisation and its efficacy. These are the people within the organisation as well as the products within the organisation. People are the only living element within the organisation and they have to create the factors, i.e. give them purpose. The product within the organisation is also a very important factor which influences the technology of organisation. With its features and its form, the product has to meet the buyers needs. The buyers represent one of the most important external organisation factors and they greatly influence its success.
