Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu na temu "Komunikacijsko manipuliranje" govori se općenito o komunikaciji kao važnom dijelu ljudskog života. Ljudi ovise jedni o drugima, tj. ovise o komunikaciji. Komunikacija je neophodan dio ljudskog života, a služi ispunjenju svakodnevnih potreba. Komunikacijom, dvije ili više osoba, razmjenjuju informacije i utječu na mišljenja i ponašanja. Također, manipulacija kao metoda kontroliranja ponašanja druge osobe, drugi je dio, onaj važniji ovog rada. Često odnos između ljudi nije iskren i otvoren. Većina ljudi sebe stavlja na prvo mjesto, te određenim radnjama pokušava napraviti sve što im je u osobnom interesu. Manipulacija je jedan od modela ponašanja obilježen pokušajima da se iskoriste međuljudski kontakti, a cilj manipulacije je uspostavljanje kontrole nad drugom osobom radi postizanja cilja, kroz izazivanje emocija kod osobe kojom se manipulira. Dio rada bavi se manipulacijom kroz medije i kako ona utječe na mlade ljude danas. Mladi su izloženi raznim utjecajima i manipulacijama kojih možda nisu ni svjesni. Dostupnost interneta i televizije omogućava mladima uvid u razne sadržaje, te tako mjenja njihov stav ili mišljenje o nečemu. Kao dio medijske manipulacije mogu se navesti i subliminarne poruke koje uvelike utječu na preferencije korisnika. Cilj provedenog empirijskog istraživanja bio je utvrditi svjesnost studenata Sveučilišta Sjever o komunikacijskom manipuliranju, kako interpersonalnom tako i medijskom. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su kako većina ispitanika upravo smatra kako je manipulacija i propaganda danas svakodnevno prisutna u komunikaciji, pogotovo medijskoj komunikaciji, te su se svi studenti složili kako je medijska manipulacija najprisutnija upravo na televiziji.

This thesis on the topic "Communication manipulation" talk generally about communication as an important part of human life. People depend on each other and they depend on communication. Communication is an essential part of human life, and serve the fulfillment of their daily needs. Communication, two or more people share information and influencing opinion and behavior. Also, the manipulation as a method of controlling the behavior of other people, is the second part, the more important this work. Often the relationship between people is not honest and open. Most people puts himself in the first place, and specific actions trying to do whatever is in their personal interest. Manipulation is one of the models of behavior marked by attempts to exploit interpersonal contacts, and the goal of manipulation is to establish control over another person to achieve the goal, through the emotions of a person to be so manipulated. Part of the work deals with the manipulation of the media and how it affects young people today. Young people are exposed to various influences and manipulations which may not be even aware of. The availability of the Internet and television, allows young people an insight into the various facilities, thus changing their attitude or opinion about something. As part of media manipulation can be stated and subliminal messages that greatly affect the users' preferences. The objective of the empirical research was to determine the awareness of students of the University of North communication manipulating how interpersonal and media. The results showed that most respondents considered just as manipulation and propaganda today is present in daily communication, especially media communication, and all students agreed that media manipulation is most just on television.
