Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima poslovna je funkcija u organizacijama koja se bavi poslovima vezanim za ljude i ljudske potencijale te obavlja radne zadatke kao što su: pribavljanje, vršenje izbora, obrazovanje i razvoj zaposlenika. Bavljenje ljudima je jedan od najtežih i najzahtjevnijih funkcija u menadžmentu a za uspješnog menadžera ljudskih potencijala između cijelog niza sposobnosti komunikacija sa zaposlenicima je najvažniji. Cilj dobre komunikacije sa zaposlenicima je priopćavanje pravih stvari na ispravan način a dobar menadžerski posao je stvaranje okoline u kojoj je komunikacija učinkovita jer komunikacija koja postoji sama po sebi rijetko postiže mjerljive i važne rezultate. Komunikaciju sa zaposlenicima možemo podijeliti na komunikaciju koju zahtjeva zakon, komunikaciju odjela ljudskih potencijala, poslovnu komunikaciju i neformalnu komunikaciju. Interna komunikacije odvija se unutar organizacije, između njenih zaposlenika, nadređenih-podređenih, horizontalno, vertikalnu i putem različitih medija a interna komunikacija odjela ljudskih potencijala kroz unutarnje oglašavanje, komunikaciju o povlasticama, naknadama i karijeri, ispitivanje zadovoljstva zaposlenika, razgovor o uspješnosti, povratnoj informaciji o radu te organizacijskoj kulturi. Da bi se utvrdila uloga ljudskih potencijala na internu komunikaciju provedeno je istraživanje. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 94 ispitanika iz organizacija Prima commerce d.o.o. i Prima namještaj d.o.o. . Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom siječnja 2017 godine. Za istraživanje je korišten anketni upitnik pomoću alata Forms na servisu Google Drive koji se sastojao od 18 anketnih pitanja. Rezultati istraživanja pružaju uvid u zadovoljstvo odjelom ljudskih potencijala, internom komunikacijom i zadovoljstvom rada u organizaciji.

Management of human resources is a business function in the companies which is engaged in activities related to people and human resources and performs tasks such as recruitment, selection education and development of employees. Management of people is one of the most difficult and demanding roles of management, and for a succesful manager of human resources, among numerous capabilities, communication with employees is the most important task. The purpose of good communication with employees is to communicate the right things in the right way, and good managerial work is to create an environment in which communication is efficient, because the communication existing itself can rarely reach measurable and significant results. Communication with employees can be divided into communication required by law, communication of human resources department, business communication and informal communication. Internal communication occurs within the company, among its employees, superior - subordinated, horizontally, vertically and by different media, while internal communication of human resources department through internal advertising, communication on benefits, commissions and carrier, on satisfaction of employees, discussion on efficiency, feedback on work and corporate culture. In order to evaluate the role of human resources in internal communication, a research has been performed. In the research 94 employees participated in the company Prima commerce d.o.o. and Prima namještaj d.o.o. The respective research was performed in January 2017. For the research a questionnaire was used by the tool Forms in the service Google Drive which included 18 research questions. The results of research provide the overview of satisfaction with the human resources department, internal communication and job satisfaction in the company.
