Abstract
Internet je medij koji je uveo velike promjene na području komunikacija, zabave i trgovine. Za internet se ne može reći da je samo medij, on predstavlja cijelu novu paradigmu marketinga u kojoj potrošač od „ribe“ postaje „ribar“ i sam odlučuje što će, kada i kako kupiti. Internet marketingom postupno se istiskuje, odnosno tradicionalan oblik marketinga gubi na važnosti. Različiti načini na koje se može komunicirati polako preuzimaju suvremeni svijet u kojem vlada tehnologija. Usporedno s razvojem tehnologije razvijaju se i tehnike marketinga. Na internetu postoji velik broj različitih tehnika marketinga kojima smo svakodnevno izloženi, poput marketinga na društvenim mrežama, on-line oglašavanja, web marketing, e-mail marketing i slično. Svaka od tih tehnika važna je za poduzeće, a u poslovanju se jedna na drugu nadovezuju. Koristeći te tehnike marketinga na internetu poduzeća izgrađuju kvalitetnije odnose s klijentima, poboljšavaju svoju prodaju, šire informacije o poduzeću i proizvodima, te ostvaruju učinkovitiju i bržu isporuku proizvoda i usluga.

Internet is media which develop big changes on field of communication, entertainment and trade. We can not say for internet it is just a media, he present a whole new paradigm of marketing in which consumer from “fish” becomes a “fisherman” and he decides when and how to purchase. Internet marketing is gradually displacing, and traditional forms of international marketing are losing its significance. The different ways of communication are slowly taking a contemporary world ruled by technology. With development of technology, parallely are developing marketing techniques. We are daily exposed to different marketing techniques on the Internet, such as social media marketing, online advertising, web marketing, email marketing, etc. Each of these techniques are important for company, but in business they develop each other. Using these marketing techniques on the Internet, companies build better relationships with their customers, improve their sales, spread information about the company and products, and they achieve more efficient and faster delivery of products and services.
