Abstract
U sklopu ovog završnog rada, koristeći navedenu literaturu i znanje prikupljeno tijekom studija izvršena je demistifikacija pojmova vezanih uz metodologiju Lean proizvodnje. Prvo je prikazana povijest razvoja Lean proizvodnje. Kroz godine razvoja Lean proizvodnje pojavljuje se sve više pojmova koji se vežu uz tu metodologiju. Izrada popisa svih pojmova koji se vežu uz Lean proizvodnju nije lagan zadatak. Mnoga poduzeća koja su uvela sustav Lean proizvodnje stekla su svoja znanja iz različitih izvora i upotrebljavala pojmove na drugačije načine. Mnoga poduzeća razvila su svoje pojmove i definicije i prilagodila ih svojim potrebama. Ovaj završni rad je prikaz osnovnih pojmova Lean proizvodnje, alata i metoda koji se koriste tijekom njegove primjene. Na kraju rada na temelju demistificiranih pojmova bit će izrađena „kuća“ Lean Proizvodnje.
Abstract (english)
In the conclusion of this final thesis, by using the provided reference and knowledge gathered during my studies, the demystification of terms concerning the methodology of Lean manufacturing has been done. First, the history of the development of Lean manufacturing has been displayed. Throughout the years of development of Lean manufacturing“, more and more terms appeared which are connected to this methodology. Making a list of all the terms which are connected with Lean manufacturing is no easy task. Many companies which have introduced the system of Lean manufacturing have gained their knowledge from different sources and have been using terms in different ways. Many companies have also developed their own terms and definitions and adjusted them to their own needs. This final thesis is a demonstration of the basic terms of Lean manufacturing, tools and methods which are used during its implementation. At the end of this thesis, based on the foundation of demystified terms, a „house“ of Lean manufacturing will be built.
