Abstract
Završni rad baziran je na cjelokupnom procesu organizacije građenja. Dobiveni idejni projekt kao temelj završnog rada razvio sam na nekoliko cjelina. U prvom dijelu rada pisao sam kratko o samoj organizaciji rada, procesima i shemi gradilišta. U shemi su obuhvaćeni svi elementi koji su potrebni za izgradnju ovakvog objekta. U drugom dijelu za zadane dokaznice napravio sam analizu cijena za zemljane, betonske i AB , zidarske, tesarske i armiračke radove. Nakon toga izradio sam troškovnik i planiranje svih radova. Ukupno će biti potrebno 86 dana. Predviđena cijena koštanja iznosi 720. 957,16 kn, dok najviše iznose zidarski radovi u iznosu od 290. 130,00 kn. Svi podaci iz planiranja građevinskih radova ubačeni su u linijsko planiranje, odnosno gantogram, gdje je prikazano po danima i mjesecima koliko koji rad traje.
Abstract (english)
My final work is based on the overall process of building organization. The conceptual project that I got for the base of my final work was developed into several units. In the first part, I wrote briefly about the organization of work, processes and scheme of construction sites. The scheme covers all the elements required for the construction of this building. In the second part, for the given evidence, I have made an analysis of prices for earth, concrete and AB, masonry, carpentry and artifacts works. After that I created a billboard and planning of all works. It will take 83 days in total. Expected price is 720 957, 16 kn and the most of the price is for masonry works, in total 290 130,00 kn. All data from planning of construction works are inserted into line planning, also known as gantt chart, where it is shown by days and months how much time some of the works will take.
