Abstract
Konkretna primjena ideja u vidu invencija i kreativnost danas su temelj uspjeha kako pojedinca, tako i organizacija i gospodarstva u cjelini. Menadžeri su zaduženi da prepoznaju kreativne pojedince, porade na njihovom umrežavanju i pokušaju stvoriti okolinu u kojoj će se slobodno razvijati inovativni potencijal svih članova organizacije. Vizija, strategija i poslovni procesi u organizaciji trebaju se prilagoditi neprestanim promjenama u okolini kako bi se ostvarila konkurentnost. Stvaranje novih poslovnih modela i korištenje suvremene tehnologije u poslovnim procesima osigurava provođenje ideja u praksu, a kreativan način rješavanja problema zadovoljstvo kako vođe, tako i svih zaposlenika. Pravilna primjena modela kreativnosti i upravljanje kreativnošću donose izvrsne poslovne rezultate i na taj način doprinosi suradnji znanstveno-istraživačkih ustanova i poslovnog sektora, te poboljšanju cjelokupnog gospodarskog razvoja i mijenja tijek globalne ekonomije.

The concrete application of ideas in the form of invention and creativity are now the foundation of the success of both individuals and organizations and the economy as a whole. Managers have the responsibility to recognize the creative individuals, to work on their networking and try to create an environment in which they will be free to develop innovative potential of all members of the organization. Vision, strategy and business processes in the organization need to adapt to constant changes in the environment in order to achieve competitiveness. Creating new business models and the use of modern technology in business processes ensures the implementation of ideas in practice, and creative way of solving the problem to the satisfaction of the leaders, and all employees. The proper application of the model of creativity and management creativity deliver excellent operating results and thus contributing to cooperation between scientific research institutions and the business sector, and improving the overall economic development and change the course of the global economy.
