Abstract

This will be followed by a discussion about acquired data, potential obstacles in the research with description of how they were overcame and possible utilization of research results. The research confirmed the main hypothesis which argues that the use of Choice Theory axioms contributes to the feeling of pleasure with the current relationship. Furthermore, the research results presented in this paper may be useful for Reality Therapy, a psychotherapeutic school based on Choice theory, since results confirm that Choice Theory is applicabile and effective in the process of self-development and increasing satisfaction within the relationship / interpersonal communication.
