Abstract
Nove tehnologije i novi mediji otvorili su svijetu mnoga vrata. Internet je postao nezamjenjiv, pa mogli bismo reći nezamisliv dio naše svakodnevnice. Digitalna komunikacija približila je svijet. Omogućila je dvosmjernu komunikaciju koja do tada nije bila moguća. Internet se uvukao u svaki segment života, bilo da su u pitanju kućanstva, poduzeća pa čak i odgojno-obrazovne ustanove. Jedan od ciljeva odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova je i odgajati učenike u skladu s općim kulturnim i civilizacijskim vrijednostima u što se ubraja i poštivanje različitosti i tolerancija prema društvu u kojem žive. Sukladno tome, cilj odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova je i suzbijanje i prevencija nasilja među djecom na internetu, a načini osvještavanja mladih o toj temi mogu upravo biti preko web-stranica i društvenih mreža, poput Facebook-a. Suprotnost cyberbullying-u, odnosno elektroničkom nasilju jesu netiquette, odnosno internet bonton. Podizanje svijesti o netiquette-ama svakako bi ublažilo nasilje među djecom na internetu.
Abstract (english)
New technologies and new media have opened a lot of possibilities for the world these days. Internet became irreplaceable part of our everday life. Digital communication has put the world together and thank to that two-way communication is now possible. Nowadays internet has spread widely in every part of our lives, such as in household, enterprise and in educational instututions. One of the main goals of educational institutions is to raise their students according to cultural and civilisational values, to learn them how to respect diversities among the people and to be tolerant. Hence, the aim of educational institutions is to prevent violence among the children who are using the internet. Web site and social media such as Facebook can also be used as educational media. The opposite of cyberbullying or electronical violence is netiquette known as internet bonton. Raising the awareness about the netiquette among the children would have some positive effects on reducing the violence.
