Abstract
U ovom se radu obrađuju stilovi komunikacije u organizaciji, odnosno važnost komunikacije u organizaciji. Organizacija se definira kao udruživanje ljudi kako bi ostvarili određene ciljeve. Komunikacija je važan čimbenik u tom procesu kako bi se mogle prenijeti potrebne informacije za ostvarivanje postavljenih ciljeva. Uspješna komunikacija ima veliku ulogu poslovanju poduzeća, a na nju utječu zaposlenici svojim komunikacijskim vještinama. Komunikacija unutar organizacije povezuje ljude, a najveću odgovornost za način komunikacije imaju rukovoditelji unutar organizacije. Stil komunikacije koji imaju rukovoditelji uvelike utječe na poslovno okružje i koliko se zaposlenici ugodno i sigurno osjećaju kod komunikacije s nadređenima. Stil kojim nadređeni komunicira sa zaposlenicima utječe na to koliko će zaposlenici biti spremni razgovarati o problemima i raditi na njihovom rješavanju.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the styles of communication in the organization, ie the importance of communication in the organization. The organization is defined as the association of people to achieve certain goals. Communication is an important factor in this process so that information can be transmitted to achieve the set goals. Successful communication plays a major role in the business of the company, and affects employees with their communication skills. Communication within an organization connects people, and the greatest responsibility for the way of communication is with executives within the organization. The style of communication which executives have greatly affects the business environment and do the employees feel comfortable and secure in communicating with their superiors. The style in which a superior communicates with employees affects how well employees will be willing to talk about issues and work on their solution.
