Abstract
Razumjeti sadašnje i buduće potrebe klijenata te znati ih ispuniti zadatak je svakog uspješnog poduzeća. Stoga, da bi poduzeća uvijek bila u koraku sa razvojem suvremene ekonomije ona nastoje organizacijski, tehnološki i informatički preorijentirati svoje poslovanje u cilju povećanja svoje produktivnosti. Povećanje produktivnosti u poslovanju poduzeća moguće je postići kvalitetnim upravljanjem troškovima poduzeća, s naglaskom ovog rada na distribucijske troškove. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti i analizirati karakteristike i značaj logistike distribucije kao jedne od logističkih funkcija u poduzeću, te analizirati da li uspješno upravljanje troškovima distribucije vodi ka njihovom uspješnom smanjivanju i povećanju produktivnosti poduzeća. Rad je usmjeren na logistiku distribucije i smanjenje distribucijskih troškova u cross-docking skladištu poduzeća Konzum d.d.. Cross-docking skladište nalazi se u ulici Marijana Čavića u Zagrebu, gdje je ujedno i glavno sjedište poduzeća Konzum d.d.. Kao uvod u logistiku distribucije daje se pregled pojma logistike, njezina gospodarskog značaja, pregled logistike kao poslovne funkcije u poduzeću, te ekonomike logističkih funkcija u poduzeću. Logistika distribucije je vrlo bitna stavka u poduzeću jer se preko nje poduzeće izravno povezuje s krajnjim korisnicima, odnosno kupcima. Stoga je logistika distribucije usko povezana s marketingom. Najvažniji cilj logistike distribucije je postići najvišu razinu usluga isporuke, ali uz najmanje moguće troškove. Posebna pažnja se posvećuje troškovima distribucije te njihovim pravilnim upravljanjem. Kao primjer uspješnog upravljanja distribucijskim troškovima, opisano je poduzeće Konzum d.d., te njegovo cross-docking skladište u kojem su problemi povećanih distribucijskih troškova uspješno smanjeni.
Abstract (english)
Understand current and future needs of clients and know how to fulfill them is the task of any successful company. Therefore, to make the company has always been in step with the development of modern economies they try organizationally, technological and IT reorient their business in order to increase their productivity. Increasing productivity in business enterprises can achieve high-quality cost management companies, with a focus on distribution costs in this labor. The aim of this labor is to investigate and analyze the characteristics and importance of logistics distribution as one of the logistics functions in the company, and analyze whether the successful management of distribution cost lead to their successful reduction and increase in productivity of enterprises. The labor is focused on the logistics distribution and reduce distribution costs in the cross-docking warehouse company Konzum d.d.. As an introduction to the logistics distribution provide an overview of the term of logistics, its economic significance, review of logistics as a business function in the company, and the economics of logistics functions in the company. Logistics distribution is a very important item of the company because the company over it links directly with users or customers. Therefore, the logistics distribution is closely related to marketing. The most important aim of logistics distribution is achieve the highest level of service delivery, but with the least possible cost. Special attention is dedicate to the distribution costs and their properly management. As an example of successful management of distribution costs, is described the company Konzum d.d., and its cross-docking warehouse where the problems are of increased distribution costs successfully reduced.
