Abstract U ovom diplomskom radu će se prikazati kako glazba utječe na čovjeka, s aspekta psihologije i medicine, te kakav utjecaj glazba može imati kao terapijsko sredstvo. Disciplina koja se glazbom bavi kao terapijskim sredstvom naziva se muzikoterapija, a njezine dobrobiti biti će prikazane u nastavku rada. U svrhu izrade diplomskog rada napravljeno je istraživanje s ciljem utvrđivanja učestalosti slušanja glazbe na radnom mjestu medicinska sestra / tehničar u slobodno vrijeme te za vrijeme radnog vremena. Isto tako, cilj je bio utvrditi bave li se medicinske sestre / tehničari aktivno glazbom na bilo kakav način (sviraju neki instrument, bave li se pjevanjem i sl.). Također, cilj je bio ispitati ima li slušanje glazbe na radnom mjestu utjecaj na svakodnevni rad medicinskih sestara / tehničara i ima li aktivno bavljenje glazbom utjecaj na svakodnevni rad medicinskih sestara / tehničara.
U radu je korišten kvalitativni istraživački pristup, metoda utemeljene teorije i tehnika intervjuiranja. U provedenom intervjuu, korišten je polustrukturirani upitnik od sveukupno 7 pitanja. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo ukupno osam sudionika. Intervju je proveden sa svakim sudionikom zasebno na online platformi Zoom. Sudionici su dobrovoljno pristali na intervju, te im je zajamčena anonimnost.
Rezultati istraživanja pokazali da svi sudionici svakodnevno slušaju glazbu, dok se dvoje i aktivno bavi glazbom u svoje slobodno vrijeme. Isto tako, rezultati su pokazali kako od osam sudionika, tri ispitanika nemaju uvjete na radnom mjestu koji omogućuju slušanje glazbe, dok preostalih pet sudionika ima mogućnost slušanja glazbe na poslu. Glazba ima pozitivan utjecaj na gotovo sve sudionike intervjua i pridonosi osobnom ali i poslovnom zadovoljstvu. Sudionici navode mnoge pozitivne učinke glazbe tijekom procesa rada, od kojih su značajniji povećanje koncentracije, povećanje motivacije, oslobađanje od stresa i dr.
Liječenje glazbom ima široki spektar djelovanja i danas se koristi u liječenju mnogih bolesti. Dobrobiti djelovanja glazbe na kvalitetu života pojedinca se proučavaju i upotrebljavaju još od doba Grka, što pokazuje važnost glazbe kao terapijskog sredstva.
Abstract (english) This Masteer thesis will show how music affects a person, with the aspect of psychology and medicine, and what impact music can have as a therapeutic tool. The discipline that deals with music as a therapeutic tool is called music therapy, and its benefits will be presented below. For the purpose of preparing the diploma thesis, a research was conducted with the aim of determining the frequency of listening to music at the workplace of a nurse / technician in free time and during working hours. Also, the goal was to determine whether the nurses / technicians are actively involved in music in any way (playing an instrument, whether they are engaged in singing, etc.). Also, the aim was to examine whether listening to music in the workplace has an impact on the daily work of nurses / technicians and to actively engage in music has an impact on the daily work of nurses / technicians.
The Master thesis used a qualitative research approach, a method of grounded theory and interviewing techniques. In the conducted interview, a semi-structured questionnaire of a total of 7 questions was used. A total of eight participants participated in the study. The interview was conducted with each participant separately on the online platform Zoom. Participants voluntarily agreed to the interview, and were guaranteed anonymity.
The results of the research showed that all participants listen to music every day, while two of them are actively involved in music in their free time. Also, the results showed that out of eight participants, three respondents do not have workplace conditions that allow listening to music, while the remaining five participants have the opportunity to listen to music at work. Music has a positive impact on almost all interview participants and contributes to personal and business satisfaction. Participants list many positive effects of music during the work process, the most significant of which are increased concentration, increased motivation, stress relief, etc.
Music therapy has a wide range of effects and is used today in the treatment of many diseases. The benefits of music on the quality of life of the individual have been studied and used since the time of the Greeks, which shows the importance of music as a therapeutic tool.
