Abstract
Kroz ovaj rad obuhvaćeni su teorijski dijelovi aditivnih tehnologija, osnove CNC strojeva kao i njihova povijest. Osnovna ideja bazira se na modeliranju CNC glodalice kod koje su pojedini dijelovi izrađeni tehnologijom 3D tiska. Prikazan je postupak modeliranja cijelog stroja i proračun osnovnih komponenti pojedinih sklopova. Fokus rada je stavljen na modeliranje tri osnovna sklopa: X, Y i Z vodilice. Kod X vodilice korišten je generativni dizajn kako bi se dobila potpuno nova i optimirana geometrija. Y vodilica je modelirana pomoću topološke optimizacije geometrije kod koje se optimirala prethodno modelirana geometrija. Kod Z osi korišteni su gotovi elementi strojeva. U zadnjem dijelu rada izrađena je vizualizacija gotove CNC glodalice kao i popis svih dijelova koji su korišteni pri sastavljanju iste. Svi elementi koji su predviđeni za 3D tisak provučeni su kroz program Cura slicer gdje su dobivena vremena za izradu 3D tiskanih elemenata i udio materijala koji je potrošen na njih. Za 3D modeliranje, generativni dizajn, topološku optimizaciju geometrije, render i tehničku dokumentaciju korišten je programski paket Fusion 360. Modeliranje se radilo unutar projekta: DYNAMIC project – 588378-EPP-1-2017-1-DE-EPPKA2-KA
Abstract (english)
This paper includes the theoretical parts of additive technologies, the basics of CNC machines as well as their history. The basic idea is based on the modeling of CNC milling machines in which individual parts are made with 3D printing technology. The process of modeling the whole machine and the calculation of the basic components of individual assemblies are presented. The main focus is on modeling three basic assemblies: X, Y and Z guides. Modeling of the X guide is based on generative design to get a completely new and optimized geometry. On the other side, for modeling Y guide was used shape optimization in which the previously modeled geometry was optimized. For modeling Z axis standard machine elements were used. In the last part of the paper, visualization of the finished CNC milling machine, as well as a list of all parts that were used in assembly were made. Production time as well as needed material is calculated in Cura slicer program for all 3D printed elements. Fusion 360 software was used for 3D modeling, generative design, topological geometry optimization, rendering and technical documentation.
