Abstract
Nabava je jedna od osnovnih poslovnih funkcija u poduzeću te nijedno poduzeće ne može poslovati bez funkcije nabave. Brine se o opskrbi poduzeća potrebnim materijalima, opremom, uslugama i energijom koji su potrebni kako bi se ostvarili ciljevi poslovnog sustava. Cilj rada je pobliže objasniti nabavu i upravljanje procesom nabave te moguće rizike. Kako bi se lakše razumio sam pojam, daje se primjer realnog poduzeća-Ivančica d.d.
Abstract (english)
Procurement is one of the basic business fuctions in a company and no company can operate without a procurement function. It takes care of supplying the company with the necessary materials, equipment, services and energy needed to achieve the goals of the business system. The aim of this paper is to explain in more detail the procurement and management of the procurement process and the possible risks. In order to better understand the term itself, an example of a real company is given-Ivančica d.d.
