Abstract Pojava SARS-CoV-2 u prosincu 2019. izazvala je zaprepaštenje u mnogim dijelovima svijeta.
Abstract (english) The appearance of SARS-CoV-2 in December 2019 caused astonishment in many parts of the world. Due to its rapid spread, the WHO declared a pandemic in March 2020. With the goal of curbing the spread of the virus, leaders in many countries have curbed social movement, seeking to align the contagion curve with social distancing. The aim of this review was to analyze how human behavior changed during this period. The hypothesis that was the impetus for this research topic is that SARS-CoV-2 had a number of consequences on the life habits of the entire population, a predominantly negative context. For the needs of the research, a survey questionnaire was constructed. The questionnaire was created using a Google form online. It was forwarded via the social network Facebook in order to gather as many respondents as possible. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 26 questions, and it took less than 10 minutes to solve. The questionnaire was divided into 5 groups of questions. The first part of the questionnaire referred to sociodemographic general data (gender, age, marital status, level of education, employment status and residence). The other four chapters of the question consisted of 20 statements, which were divided into 4 sections. The claims were divided into chapters: Impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on the eating habits of the population, Impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on physical activity of the population, Impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on social interaction and Impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic other life habits not mentioned before.
Although a number of studies have shown that the COVID-19 pandemic had adverse effects on the daily habits of the population and consequently affected the development of risk factors for mental health, mental health and undesirable social behavior, the results of this survey do not show convincing data could be interpreted in favor of drastic changes in daily habits caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which is actually positive for our population. The obtained results can be interpreted as a nation that we are able to compensate well for the new conditions and adapt to them, at least for some time. The most significant oscillations were observed in the activities of social interaction and concern for the health of their loved ones and the respondents themselves, which shows marked compassion and collective concern. But it is also a positive correlation between anxiety, feelings of fear, anxiety and loneliness and maintaining the same habits of the population. Although a sense of concern is present, a small number of respondents have changed their habits to negative under the influence of the same.
