Abstract
Lobiranje nema osnovnu definiciju međutim smatramo ga uglavnom zagovaranjem interesa pred donositeljem odluka. Iako je široko rasprostranjeno kako u Republici Hrvatskoj tako i na europskoj i međunarodnoj razini ono u RH još uvijek nije zakonski regulirano. Kako bi se utvrdila potreba uvođenja zakonske regulative u sklopu rada obrađena je povijesna obrada lobiranja na području EU i RH, analiza postojećeg stanja te provedeno istraživanje na temu postojeće i buduće zakonske regulative. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo pet tvrtki koje se bave poslovima lobiranja te stotinu i jedan saborski zastupnik čiji su odgovori dali rezultate na postavljene hipoteze u radu.
Abstract (english)
Lobbying does not have a unique definition, however we see it mostly as upholding interests in front of decision makers. Even though it is widespread in Croatia as well as European and international level, in Croatia lobbying still is not regulated with law. In order to determine the need for law regulation in this thesis analyzed history of lobbying in Europe and Croatia, the current stage of lobbying, and conducted research on the subject of current stage and future stage of law regulation. In the research participated five companies involved in lobbying business as well as hundred and one elected parliamentarian whose answers gave results on hypothesis made in this thesis.
