Abstract | Tjelesna aktivnost važan je aspekt svakodnevnog života svih ljudi pa tako ima i velik doprinos u trudnoći. Tijekom trudnoće dolazi do brojnih fizioloških, anatomskih i psihičkih promjena. Mijenjaju se funkcije svih sustava, odnosno njihova funkcija postaje još važnija jer oni više ne brinu samo o normalnom funkcioniranju žene već je važno opskrbiti fetus sa svim potrebnim tvarima kako bi se on mogao postepeno i pravilno razvijati. Dolazi do kardiovaskularnih respiratornih, gastrointestinalnih, hematoloških promjena te se mijenja i uloga vode u organizmu. Tjelesna aktivnost se mora provoditi pravilno, redovito i odgovorno s obzirom na zdravstveno stanje žene. Za izvođenje vježbi postoje mnoge pozitivne strane, dok su negativne potpuno isključene ukoliko se vježbanje obavlja u skladu s liječničkom preporukom. Tjelesna aktivnost pozitivno utječe na fizički izgled žene kao što i pomaže u njezinom psihološkom aspektu, tjelovježbom se potiče energija žene čime ona odmah postaje i boljeg emocionalnog raspoloženja. Kontraindikacije za tjelovježbu su podijeljene na apsolutne i relativne te se pri odlasku u zdravstvenu ustanovu trudnicu educira i upućuje na pravilno postupanje u skladu s njima. U svrhu izrade završnog rada provedeno je istraživanje s ciljem ispitivanja stavova žena o važnosti tjelesne aktivnosti tijekom trudnoće te prikupljanja podatka o njihovim iskustvima. Istraživanju je pristupilo 410 sudionica. Kućanski poslovi su najčešća tjelesna aktivnost kojom se žene bave u trudnoći, to je odabralo 307 sudionica (84,1%). Kao najbolja aktivnost za provođenje tjelesne aktivnosti au aktivnosti na otvorenom, 324 sudionica (79%), posebice šetnja koja je dobila 369 (90%) odgovora kao odlična tjelesna aktivnost. 319 (77,8%) sudionica složilo se da tjelesna aktivnost pozitivno utječe na razvoj djeteta, 200 sudionica (48,8%) ju je označilo izrazito važnom. Rolanje najveći broj sudionica smatra opasnim 198 (48,3%). Najčešći razlog zbog kojeg žene ne provode tjelesnu aktivnost tijekom trudnoće je strah od moguće povrede djeteta (71,5%). |
Abstract (english) | Physical activity is an important aspect of the daily life of all people, so it has a great contribution in pregnancy. During pregnancy, numerous physiological, anatomical and psychological changes occur. The functions of all systems change, that is, their function becomes even more important because they no longer only care about the normal functioning of the woman, but it is important to supply the fetus with all the necessary substances so that it can gradually and properly develop. Cardiovascular respiratory, gastrointestinal, hematological changes occur and the role of water in the body also changes. Physical activity must be carried out properly, regularly and responsibly, taking into account the health condition of the woman. There are many positive aspects to performing exercises, while the negative ones are completely excluded if the exercises are performed in accordance with the doctor's recommendation. Physical activity has a positive effect on a woman's physical appearance as well as helping her psychological aspect, exercise stimulates a woman's energy, which immediately puts her in a better emotional mood. Contraindications for exercise are divided into absolute and relative, and when going to a health facility, the pregnant woman is educated and instructed to act accordingly. For the purpose of writing the final paper, research was conducted with the aim of examining women's attitudes about the importance of physical activity during pregnancy and collecting data about their experiences. 410 participants took part in the research. Housework is the most common physical activity women engage in during pregnancy, as voted by 307 respondents (84.1%). As the best activity for carrying out physical activity and in outdoor activities, 324 respondents (79%), especially walking, which received 369 (90%) votes as an excellent physical activity. 319 (77.8%) respondents agreed that physical activity has a positive effect on child development, 200 respondents (48.8%) marked it as extremely important. Roller skating is considered dangerous by the largest number of respondents, 198 (48.3%). The most common reason why women do not exercise during pregnancy is the fear of possible injury to the child (71.5%). |
