Abstract
U prvom dijelu teoretskog rada opisan je princip rada mjernog osjetila i mjerenja sile. Obrađuju su podjele sila te univerzalni uređaj za mjerenje čvrstoće materijala. Potom je opisana metoda mjerenja sile primjenom tenzometrije. Naglasak se vrši na različitim primjenama tenzometarskih traka u Wheatstoneovom mostu, njihova podjela te način montaže. U drugom dijelu praktičnog rada opisan je cijeli proces razvoja elektroničkog podsustava koji na izlazu daje brojčanu vrijednost mase na temelju mjerenja sile preko tenzometarske trake. Naglasak se vrši na samom razvijanju elektroničke pločice te njegove proizvodnje. Dodatno je opisano testiranje gotovog podsustava s različitim mjerenim vrijednostima i kalibriranjem.
Abstract (english)
In the first (theoretical) part of the paper, the principle of operation of the measuring sensor and force measurement is described. The division of forces and the universal device for measuring the strength of materials are discussed. Then the method of force measurement using tensometry is described. Emphasis is placed on the different applications of strain gauge in the Wheatstone bridge, their division and the method of assembly. In the second (practical) part of the paper, the entire process of development of the electronic subsystem is described, which at the output gives a numerical value of the mass based on the measured force through the strain gauge. The emphasis is on the development of the electronic circuit board and its production. Testing of the finished subsystem with different measured values and calibration is additionally described.
