Every organization has its own culture. This paper, „The Influence of Organizational Culture on the Image of a Preschool Institution“, provides an insight into how organizational culture contributes to the development of the image of a preschool institution. Modern preschool institutions are focused on quality and modern understanding of the child through new paradigms of education. In democratic preschool institutions, power and responsibility are distributed to all stakeholders in the education process. The professional partnership of all employees through quality communication contributes to the development of the institution's image. The organizational culture and identity of the institution is the fundamental starting point for achieving a good reputation and image of the institution. Through the mentioned chapters, the factors used to achieve the criteria for a good image are described in the work. Research was conducted on respondents who are employed in institutions for early and preschool education, and in survey questions they expressed their opinion about the influence of organizational culture on the image of preschool institutions. The conclusion of this paper was drawn from that research.
