Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je analiza procesa nabave u poduzeću Gabions d.o.o. koje se bavi proizvodnjom i montažom gabion ograda. Nabava je jedna od temeljnih poslovnih funkcija poduzeća. Nijedno poduzeće ne može obavljati poslovanje bez funkcije nabave. Nabava je odgovorna za opskrbu poduzeća potrebnim materijalima, opremom, uslugama i energijom potrebnim za postizanje poslovnih ciljeva sustava. Nabava je upravo ta koja je glavna i odgovorna da roba bude potrebne kvalitete i povoljne cijene. Kako bi se lakše razumio sam pojam nabave daje se primjer nabave u poduzeću Gabions d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final thesis is the analysis of the procurement proces sin the company Gabions d.o.o. which deals with the productions and installation of gabion fences. Procurement is one of the fundamental business functions of a company. No company can do business without a procurement function. Procurement is responsible for supplying the company with the necessary materials, equipment, services and energy needed to achieve the system's business goals. Procurement is precisely the one that is the main and responsible for the goods to be of the required quality and affordable price. In order to make it easier to understand the very concept of procurement, an example of procurement in the company Gabions d.o.o. is given.
