Abstract
Ovim radom je prikazano poboljšanje energetskih svojstva obiteljske kuće i energetski certifikat. Detaljno su prikazani građevni dijelovi i njihovi slojevi te su opisana njihova toplinska svojstva. Analiziran je postojeći objekt koji se sastoji od prizemlja, podruma i potkrovlja. Energetska svojstva su poboljšana mjerama poboljšanja toplinske ovojnice sa implementacijom mjera energetske učinkovitosti kvalitetnim toplinsko-izolacijskim materijalima i novom PVC stolarijom. Korišten je računalni program KI Expert Plus. Na kraju je prikazano novo stanje, poboljšanje energetskog razreda i smanjenje godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje čime su se smanjili troškovi i poboljšala energetska učinkovitost i zdrav život u objektu.
Abstract (english)
This work shows the improvement of the energy properties of the family house and the energy certificate. The building parts and their layers are shown in detail and their thermal properties are described. The existing building consisting of the ground floor, basement, and attic was analyzed. The energy properties have been improved by measures to improve the thermal envelope with the implementation of energy efficiency measures with high-quality heat-insulating materials and new PVC carpentry. The computer program KI Expert Plus was used. In the end, the new condition was presented, the improvement of the energy class and the reduction of the annual required thermal energy for heating, which reduced costs and improved energy efficiency and healthy life in the building.
