| Abstract | Od potrebe za kretanjem koje osim ljudskog fizičkog pogona podrazumijeva brže kretanje upotrebom motora u automobilima i ostalim motornim sredstvima, od velikog interesa je njihova što manja štetnost za okoliš. Zahtjevima zelene tranzicije se prilagođavaju proizvođači koji svoje proizvode plasiraju na europsko tržište. Europska Unija je odlučila sanirati velika zagađenja koje proizvode motori s unutarnjim sagorijevanjem, a dosad su bili jedini izbor, benzinski i dizelski motori. Prema izračunima iz 2019., promet stvara četvrtinu ukupne emisije CO² u EU, a 71,7% čini cestovni promet. Nove generacije automobila imaju električni pogon i kombinaciju benzinskog turbo motora i baterija. Tako se sada raspravlja o HEV i BEV kao oznakama vrste pogona koje pokreću vozila s time da HEV označava hibridna vozila, a BEV baterijska električna vozila. U novim finalnim proizvodima su novi inputi, materijali od kojih se proizvode dijelovi automobila što je pokrenulo val novih atraktivnih tržišta. Tu je, dakako, litij, čija je potražnja velika s obzirom na to da se u električnim i hibridnim vozilima nalazi litij-ionska baterija. Rudarenje litija i ostalih materijala stvara i negativne učinke na okoliš, stoga se procjenjuje da ekološki neštetna vozila završavaju sa svojim štetnim utjecajem nakon 90 100 prijeđenih km. Vlasništvo EV-a ili HEV-a znači i puno izazova s kojima se treba suočiti kao što su punjenje, održavanje, cijene dijelova, a ponajviše baterija i pouzdanost u zimskim mjesecima. Države članice EU su intervenirale na tržištu, subvencijama za kupnju ekološki prihvatljivih vozila te još uvijek u velikoj mjeri utječu na njihovu potražnju. Ono što se događalo na hrvatskom tržištu jest viša cijena od benzinaca i dizelaša, koju diktira cijena baterije. Mreža e-punionica u Hrvatskoj je premalo razgranata, a vlastita e-punionica iziskuje velike investicije koje su tek isplative kroz nekoliko godina. S razlogom su primjerice, hibridi isplativiji, varijanta su vozila koje koristi benzin i bateriju koja se puni prilikom kočenja i vožnje nizbrdo, a njen kapacitet se može koristiti vožnjom po parkingu. Gotovo svi proizvođači automobila imaju barem jedno ekološki prihvatljivo vozilo za europsko tržište. Prema mjerenju HHI, promatrano tržište je umjereno koncentrirano, vrijednost mjerenja je 1 661,67. Ima primjera kartelskog udruživanja što je protuzakonito ali se ipak neki proizvođači nađu u takvim nedozvoljenim situacijama, kazni ih se te dalje nastavljaju poslovati. |
| Abstract (english) | From the need for movement, which, in addition to human physical drive, implies faster movement using engines in cars and other motor vehicles, their least harmfulness to the environment is of great interest. Manufacturers who place their products on the European market are adapting to the requirements of the green transition. The European Union has decided to remediate the large pollution produced by internal combustion engines, which until now were the only choice, gasoline and diesel engines. According to calculations from 2019, traffic creates a quarter of the total CO² emissions in the EU, and 71.7% is road traffic. New generations of cars have an electric drive and a combination of gasoline turbo engine and batteries. Thus, HEV and BEV are now being discussed as designations of the type of drive that propel vehicles, with HEV denoting hybrid vehicles and BEV battery electric vehicles. In the new final products there are new inputs, materials from which car parts are produced, which started a wave of new attractive markets. There is, of course, lithium, the demand for which is high considering that electric and hybrid vehicles have a lithium-ion battery. The mining of lithium and other materials also creates negative effects on the environment, therefore it is estimated that environmentally friendly vehicles end their harmful impact when have been 90 100 km traveled. Owning an EV or HEV also means a lot of challenges to face such as charging, maintenance, parts prices, and most of all, battery and reliability in the winter months. EU member states have intervened in the market, with subsidies for the purchase of environmentally friendly vehicles, and still largely influence their demand. What was happening on the Croatian market was a higher price than petrol and diesel, dictated by the price of the battery. The network of e-charging stations in Croatia is too little branched out and requires large investments that are only profitable in a few years. For a reason, for example, hybrids are more profitable, they are a variant of a vehicle that uses gasoline and a battery that is charged when braking and driving downhill, and its capacity can be used by driving around the parking lot. Almost all car manufacturers have at least one environmentally friendly vehicle for the European market. According to the HHI measurement, the observed market is moderate concentrated and the measurement value is 1 661,67. There are examples of cartel association, which is illegal, but still some producers find themselves in such illegal situations, they are fined and continue to do business. |
