New technologies, globalization, and the development of modern organizations as characteristics of the contemporary era have led to new demands in business, organizational functioning, and management. As a result, human resource management is a crucial element for the success of any organization. In today’s world, where knowledge, skills, and abilities are the most important economic resources, managing human resources is a priority. Competent and skilled employees, motivated for personal development and advancement, contribute to the organization’s growth. Human resource management is responsible for planning the necessary number of employees, defining desired characteristics, knowledge, and skills, and applying appropriate methods for recruiting and retaining talent. Long-term planning and strategic management of human potential enable organizations to successfully face market uncertainties and achieve their goals. The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate the importance of human resource management for organizations, emphasizing the significance of continuous investment in employees, their education, and motivation, which ultimately leads to the overall success of the organization and mutual satisfaction for both the organization and its employees. An empirical study was conducted with a survey questionnaire containing 20 questions, and the results were analyzed to draw conclusions based on the findings.
