Abstract
Rad prikazuje važnost procesa nabave u poslovnom sustavu organizacije. Nabava je uz proizvodnju najvažnija poslovna funkcija u industrijskim poduzećima, a uz prodaju najvažnija poslovna funkcija u trgovinskim poduzećima. Nabava je u najužem smislu kupnja nekog predmeta po određenoj cijeni. U širem smislu nabava je djelatnost koja osim samog kupovanja uključuje planiranje, politiku nabave, izbor izvora nabave, praćenje izvršenja isporuke, preuzimanje materijala, kvantitativno i kvalitativno kontroliranje isporučenih materijala, razvijanje odgovarajuće tehnike i metoda nabave i suradnju i koordinaciju rada s ostalim odjelima u poduzeću. Zadatak nabave je osigurati neprekidnu opskrbu poduzeća potrebnim predmetima rada i sredstvima za rad (u proizvodnim poduzećima), odnosno robom za daljnju prodaju (u trgovačkim poduzećima). U ovom radu će se na praktičnom primjeru prikazati organizacija službe nabave u tvrtci koja se bavi plastikom, metaloprerađivačkom i tekstilnom industrijom.
Abstract (english)
This work shows the importance of the procurement process in the enterprise organization. In production, Supply is the most important business function in industrial enterprises. Supply and sales are the most important business functions in trade companies. Procurement is in the strictest sense buying an item at a specific price. In a broader sense, the procurement process includes planning, procurement policy, selection of sources of supply, monitoring of delivery, taking over materials, quantity and quality control of delivered materials, the development of appropriate techniques and methods of buying and the cooperation and coordination with the other departments in the company. Procurement ensures a continuous supply for company's necessary items of work and means of operation (in production companies), respectively stock in trade. This work will show a practical example to show organization services procurement in the company dealing with plastic, metal-processing and the textile industry.
