Abstract U ovom radu obrađuje se poslovno komuniciranje u organizaciji, odnosno njezina važnost u svakoj organizaciji. Organizacija obuhvaća udruživanje ljudi, odnosno zaposlenika kojima je glavni cilj ispuniti određene zadatke. Već se tu vidi potreba za dobrom poslovnom komunikacijom, koja se odnosi na prenošenje poruke od pošiljatelja do primatelja, a bez koje ne bi bilo moguće ostvariti spomenute ciljeve.
Samim time vidljivo je, da uspješnost bilo koje organizacije ovisi o kvaliteti komunikacije. Na kvalitetu komunikacije utječu zaposlenici svojim komunikacijskim vještinama, koje su od neophodne važnosti u svakom segmentu poslovanja. Vrlo je važno da se na tim vještinama radi jer mogu utjecati u velikoj mjeri na poslovanje, a nije potrebno posebno stručno znanje za usavršavanje istih. Dovoljno je da svaki pojedinac krene od samog sebe, a rezultati će se vidjeti vrlo brzo.
Komunikacija je također bitan čimbenik u organizaciji koji povezuje ljude, no najveću odgovornost u procesu i načinu komuniciranja ima rukovoditelj organizacije. U ovom radu su opisane vrste poslovne komunikacije, kao i njihova objašnjenja. Također je opisana važnost formalne komunikacije, kao i neformalne, koja se ni u kom slučaju ne bi trebala umanjivati.
Kod poslovnog komuniciranja u organizacijama, mogu se pojaviti i sukobi koji predstavljaju neslaganje između dva ili više sudionika. Kako u pojedinim organizacijama ima mnoštvo zaposlenika, sukobi nisu rijetka pojava. Vrlo je važno na vrijeme prepoznati sukob, te ga riješiti u pravom trenutku kako ne bi prerastao u negativno djelovanje. U takvim slučajevima, također je vrlo bitno pokazati dobru i kvalitetnu poslovnu komunikaciju.
Abstract (english) This paper deals with business communication in the organization, and its importance in every organization. The organization includes a combination of men, or employees whose main goal is to fulfill certain tasks. Already there he sees a need for good business communication, which refers to the transmission of messages from the sender to the recipient, and without which it would not be possible to achieve the stated objectives.
Therefore, it is evident that the success of any organization depends on the quality of communication. The quality of communication affect employees with their communication skills, which are crucially important in every business segment. It is very important to the team working skills as they may affect largely on business and did not need any special expertise for the development of the same. It is enough that each individual move by itself, and the results will be seen very quickly.
Communication is also an important factor in the organization that connects people, but the greatest responsibility in the process and the method of communication has the head of the organization. This paper describes the type of business communication, as well as their explanations. It also describes the importance of formal communication and informal, which in any case should not diminish.
In business communication in organizations, there may be conflicts representing disagreement between two or more participants. As in some organizations has many employees, conflicts are not uncommon. It is important to recognize the conflict and solve it at the right time so as not to grown into a negative action. In such cases, it is also very important to show a good and efficient business communication.
