From the time when the concept of a company in industrial business has taken a place as a common term, so has been the case with the concept of crisis, as an unavoidable phenomenon. The first question that is pointed out by the academic, scientific and real community institutions, is whether the crisis is unavoidable occurrence, and then secondly, the question how to manage with the crisis, especially in the high-risk industry. Dealing with the crises of high-risk industry requires the involvement of a larger number of subjects, both in prevention, and in procedure in the cases when the crisis takes place, what demands a multidisciplinary approach. In addition, to the mentioned phenomena, it is necessary through the informing means, with the participation of the PR experts, continuously reporting and pointing out to the eventual irresponsible behavior that would encourage conscientious and responsible behavior in such situations. Good management in crisis situations is the key to success, and if the success would be even better, there is a need for early identification of the problem and need for the complete solution of such situations. Education through all its aspects, as one of the priorities and the initiation of scientific thought in solving crises, would provide the desired complete solution in the future. In planning crises in a high-risk industry, the role of a security manager is great, especially taking into account the fact, that security, as well as the crisis, have drastically changed recently in such industries.
