Abstract
U ovom radu govorit će se općenito o niklu, njegovim svojstvima, načinu proizvodnje te o legurama nikla koje se koriste u širokom rasponu u današnjoj civilizaciji. Pošto je legura nikla izrazito mnogo, u ovom radu obratit će se više pažnje na nekoliko legura nikla koje sam izdvojio zbog izuzetnih svojstava. Zbog svojstva niklovih legura, otežano se obrađuju te će u ovom radu biti obrađen i način obrade legura nikla odvajanjem čestica te problematika prilikom obrade, poput povećanog trošenja alata. Kako bi se osigurala sigurnost prilikom obrade, govorit će se o svim postupcima obrade odvajanjem čestica te će biti prikazani preporučeni parametri za svaku od obrada. Pošto su neke legure nikla otporne na visoke temperature, obratit će se pažnja na odabir alata prilikom tokarenja i/ili glodanja takvih legura, odnosno superlegura. Poznavanje sastava legura uvelike olakšava odabir alata i parametara kod obrade, zbog toga će se najviše pažnje obratiti upravo sastavu i svojstvima legura na bazi nikla.
Abstract (english)
This paper will discuss nickel in general, its properties, method of production, and nickel alloys that are widely used in today's civilization. Since nickel alloys are hugely numerous, in this final paper we will pay more attention to several nickel alloys that I have singled out due to their exceptional properties. Due to the properties of nickel alloys, they are difficult to machine. In this paper, the method of processing nickel alloys by separating particles and problems during processing, such as increased tool wear, will be discussed. To ensure safety during processing, all processing procedures by particle separation will be discussed and the recommended parameters for each of the treatments will be presented. Since some nickel alloys are resistant to high temperatures, attention will be paid to the choice of tools when turning and/or milling alloys or superalloys. Knowing the composition of alloys greatly facilitates the selection of tools and parameters during machining, attention will be paid to the composition and properties of nickel-based alloys.
