Abstract
Komunikacija je nužna za funkcioniranje svakog društvenog sustava i organizacija. Stoga korporativno komuniciranje shvaćamo kao način promišljanja kojim se obuhvaćaju sve komunikacijske aktivnosti unutar organizacije. Cilj rada je utvrditi kako je tvrtka Fortenova grupa komunicirala u uvjetima pandemije, s naglaskom na internu komunikaciju. Rezultati istraživanja dobiveni putem anketnog upitnika i otvorenih intervjua, potvrdili su ulogu i važnost korporativnog komuniciranja s naglaskom na internoj komunikaciji koju organizacija treba njegovati i usavršavati prema svojim zaposlenicima. Kvalitetna interna komunikacija rezultira i većom motivacijom zaposlenika, koja u konačnici i doprinosi boljoj uspješnosti cijele organizacije.
Abstract (english)
Communication is necessary for functioning of every society and every organization. Therefore, corporate communication is understood as a way of thinking, including all communication activities, within the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine how Fortenova Group was functioning during pandemic time, especially internal communication. The results of this study, given by survey questionnaire and open interviews, have confirmed the role and importance of corporate communication, especially internal communication, which should be treasured and improved by organization towards it's employess. The quality of internal communication, results also in higher motivation of the employees, and contributes higher efficiency of the whole organization.
