Abstract | Fizioterapija je grana medicine koja se bavi prepoznavanjem problema kod pojedinca i pruža mogućnost otklanjanja problema pomoću rehabilitacije. Fizioterapeut nakon anamneze i procjene sastavlja plan i program terapije kojom se nastoji ukloniti postojeći problem. Područje rada fizioterapeuta vrlo je široko, pa svojim znanjem i vještinama fizioterapeut može jako puno doprinijeti u sportskom klubu. Fizioterapeut prati sportaše na treninzima pri čemu saznaje njihove sposobnosti i mogućnosti prema čemu će kasnije, ako bude potrebno, sastaviti plan i program rehabilitacije. Kretanje i aktivnosti vrlo su važne za čovjeka. Kretanjem se održava zdravlje i normalno funkcioniranje organizma. Ples je aktivnost u kojoj se pokreću svi dijelovi tijela, od glave do pete, pa je stoga ovo aktivnost kojom se može održati zdravlje i funkcioniranje cijelog tijela. Ples ima mnoge fizičke i mentalne dobrobiti. Neke od dobrobiti plesa su opuštanje, zabava, smanjenje osjećaja boli, utjecaj na puls i disanje, povećanje mišićne mase i snage, poboljšanje opsega pokreta, smanjenje potkožnog masnog tkiva, poboljšanje zdravlja kardiovaskularnog, respiratornog, metaboličkog i neurološkog sustava te svih sastavnica koje sudjeluju u tjelesnoj aktivnosti. Plesom se mogu baviti svi bilo koje dobne skupine. Ples ima veliku ulogu u razvoju tijela, raznih sposobnosti i vještina te motoričkih sposobnosti. Osim uživanja i kreativnog izražavanja, kod profesionalnih plesača važno je da trener bude kvalitetan i da ima dovoljno sportskog znanja da može trening prilagoditi pojedincu i njegovim mogućnostima. Kao i u svim sportovima, tako i u plesu ima mogućnosti za nastanak raznih ozljeda i oštećenja. Najčešće ozljede kod plesača su distorzija gležnja, ozljede mišića, ozljeda medijalnog meniska i sindromi prenaprezanja. U postupku rehabilitacije ozljeda kod plesača sudjeluje fizioterapeut s planom i programom koji je napravljen individualno prema potrebama i mogućnostima sportaša. Od fizioterapijskih postupaka kod ozljeda najčešće se koriste postupci krioterapije, kineziterapije, elektroterapije i ultrazvučne terapije. Osim toga, fizioterapeut može primijeniti razne manualne postupke ako je dobro educiran u tom području. U procesu rehabilitacije vrlo je važno da sportaš ima potporu obitelji i prijatelja da bi liječenje bilo što uspješnije i da sportaš ne bi posustao. |

In the process of rehabilitation of injuries in dancers, a physiotherapist participates with a plan and program that is made individually according to the needs and abilities of the athlete. Of the physiotherapy procedures for injuries, cryotherapy, kinesitherapy, electrotherapy and ultrasound therapy are the most commonly used. In addition, a physiotherapist can apply a variety of manual procedures if he is well educated in the field.
