Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objašnjen je MAG postupak zavarivanja korištenjem praškom punjene žice kao dodatnog materijala. Rad uvodno obuhvaća općenite postupke zavarivanja, njihove prednosti i nedostatke, te oblike i načine izvođenja samih spojeva. Šire se bavi MAG postupkom zavarivanja, parametrima i načinu prijenosa dodatnog materijala. Bavi se svojstvima zavara i parametrima kod zavarivanja nelegiranih i niskolegiranih konstrukcijskih čelika, također nehrđajućih Cr-Ni čelika uz korištenje praškom punjene žice kao dodatnog materijala.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the process of MAG welding using flux cored wire as a additional welding material is explained. The paper introduces the general welding procedures, their advantages and disadvantages, these forms and methods of performing the joints themselves. It deals more broadly with the MAG welding process, the concept, parameters and method of transferring material. It deals with weld properties and parameters in welding of non-alloy and low alloy structural steels as well as the stainless Cr-Ni steels with the use of powder-filled wires as a aditional material.
