Abstract
U ovom završnom radu detaljno je obrađena nabava kao funkcija i djelatnost poduzeća koja je važna za opskrbu potrebnih predmeta kako bi poduzeće moglo ostvariti svoje ciljeve. Da bi neko poduzeće postavilo i ostvarilo ciljeve poslovanja nabave ono mora odrediti konkretne politike i strategije nabave za svoje poduzeće. Pažnja se posvećuje instrumentima politike nabave pomoću kojih se utječe na ostvarivanje ciljeva nabave. Nakon što se utvrde mjere za ostvarivanje tih ciljeva one se unašaju u sam proces nabavljanja nekog dobra. Proces nabavljanja obuhvaća niz radnji koje je potrebno obaviti da bi se izvršila nabava. Kako bi se lakše razumio pojam nabave i njenog procesa, daje se primjer tvrtke iz prakse – Manateks d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
This final paper deals in detail with procurement as a function and activity of a company that is important to supply the necessary items in order for a company to achieve its goals. In order for a company to set and achieve the goals of the procurement business, it must determine specific procurement policies and strategies for its company. Attention is paid to procurement policy instruments that influence the achievement of procurement objectives. Once the measures for achieving these goals are determined, they are included in the procurement process. The procurement process includes a series of actions that need to be performed in order to perform the procurement. In order to better understand the concept of procurement and its process, its given an example of a company from practice – Manateks d.o.o.
