Abstract
Cerebralna paraliza je stanje kod kojeg dolazi do iznimno teških neuromotoričkih poteškoća kod djece. Predstavlja skupinu različitih psiholoških poteškoća koje uzrokuju štetu djeci. To je doživotno stanje. Brojni čimbenici koji su nastali tijekom porođaja, tijekom poroda ili u prvim godina djetetova života mogu uzrokovati moždane poremećaje koji dovode do cerebralne paralize. Klinička slika cerebralne paralize nije ista u sve djece, ali jednako je različita kao što je različito liječenje i rehabilitacijski proces. Fizikalnom terapijom pokušavaju se ostvariti dva cilja, a to su: smanjenje komplikacija koje je uzrokovala cerebralna paraliza i poboljšanje pokretljivosti te usvajanja novih vještina. Terapijom se želi omogućiti sudjelovanje djece u svakodnevnim aktivnostima i osamostaliti ih.
Abstract (english)
Cerebral palsy is a situation that causes extremely excessive neuromotor problems in youngsters. It represents a group of different mental problems that purpose damage to youngsters. It is a lifelong circumstance. A variety of factors that took place for the duration of childbirth, for the duration of childbirth or within the first years of a toddler's lifestyles can motive brain problems that result in cerebral palsy. The scientific photo of cerebral palsy isn't always the equal in all youngsters, however it's miles as special because the one-of-a-kind remedy and rehabilitation system. Physical therapy attempts to attain goals, namely: reduction of complications caused by cerebral palsy and improvement of mobility and acquisition of new competencies. Therapy ambitions to allow youngsters to take part in normal activities and make them independent.
