Myasthenia gravis is a disease characterized by episodic muscle weakness caused by the loss or dysfunction of the acetylcholine receptor, which is important for muscle contraction. Myasthenia gravis can be diagnosed by clinical physical findings, clinical history, pharmacological and serological evaluation, and electrophysiological tests. The initial assessment of myasthenia gravis is based on the patient's history and detailed examination. Functional tests and questionnaires are also conducted. Physiotherapy assessment is essential in order to create a high-quality individualized program for the patient. It should be designed in such a way as to address the problem that bothers the patient the most, all with the aim of improving strength, endurance, balance, and coordination. It is also important to monitor the patient's progress so that exercises and intensity can be adjusted to the patients' functional abilities. A physiotherapist is also needed for the purpose of educating and motivating the patient to achieve the best possible result in order to facilitate the activities of daily life.
