Abstract Osobni brend se odnosi na strateški proces oblikovanja i učinkovitog upravljanja percepcijom
koju drugi imaju o pojedincu. Koriste se strateške i namjerne radnje kako bi se uspostavio
poseban identitet i vješto se prenio ciljanoj publici. Slično kao robna marka proizvoda ili usluge,
osobni brend zbroj je osobina, vrijednosti, talenata i iskustava koja izdvajaju osobu od drugih.
Autentičnost je sama srž osobnog brendiranja. Uspostavljanje vjerodostojnog brenda ovisi o
temeljnom načelu autentičnosti i vlastitog identiteta. Fokus koncepta vrti se oko identifikacije
nečijih talenata, interesa i ideala te njihovog naknadnog iskorištavanja za uspostavljanje
koherentne i istinske osobe. U suvremenoj eri digitalne tehnologije, uspostavljanje i promicanje
vlastitog osobnog brenda često uključuje strateško korištenje online platformi i kanala društvenih
medija kao sredstva za širenje vlastitog dosega na širu demografsku skupinu. Razvijanje
zadivljujuće priče, širenje relevantnih informacija i aktivna interakcija sa svojom zajednicom
čine sastavne komponente vještog pristupa osobnom brendiranju. Uspostavljanje i održavanje
osobnog brendiranja kontinuirano je nastojanje koje se razvija. Proces evolucije odvija se kako
pojedinci sazrijevaju, stječu znanja i prilagođavaju se dinamičkim uvjetima. Čin osnaživanja
omogućuje pojedincima da se istaknu, generiraju izglede i ostvare nezaboravan utjecaj. Osobni
brend pojedinca u osnovi je njihov poseban narativ, a način na koji se komunicira ima potencijal
utjecati na njihovu osobnu i profesionalnu putanju. Koncept osobnog brendiranja, kada se
promatra iz perspektive bodybuildera, pokazuje značajne paralele s procesom razvoja snažne i
dobro definirane tjelesne građe. Slično kao što bodybuilderi marljivo treniraju i održavaju svoja
tijela kako bi briljirali na pozornici, pojedinci imaju sposobnost strateški razviti svoje osobne
marke kako bi napredovali u raznim aspektima života.
Abstract (english) Personal branding refers to the strategic process of shaping and effectively managing the
perception that others have about an individual. Strategic and deliberate actions are used to
establish a distinct identity and skillfully convey it to the target audience. Much like a product or
service brand, a personal brand is the sum of the traits, values, talents, and experiences that set a
person apart from others. Authenticity is the very core of personal branding. Establishing a
credible brand depends on the fundamental principle of authenticity and one's own identity. The
focus of the concept revolves around the identification of one's talents, interests and ideals, and
their subsequent exploitation to establish a coherent and true person. In today's digital age,
establishing and promoting your personal brand often involves the strategic use of online
platforms and social media channels as a means of expanding your reach to a wider
demographic. Developing a compelling story, spreading relevant information, and actively
interacting with your community are integral components of a skillful approach to personal
branding. Establishing and maintaining personal branding is an ongoing and evolving endeavor.
The process of evolution takes place as individuals mature, acquire knowledge, and adapt to
dynamic conditions. The act of empowerment allows individuals to stand out, generate leads and
make a memorable impact. An individual's personal brand is basically their own narrative, and
the way it is communicated has the potential to influence their personal and professional
trajectory. The concept of personal branding, when viewed from a bodybuilder's perspective,
shows significant parallels with the process of developing a strong and well-defined physique.
Much like bodybuilders diligently train and maintain their bodies to excel on stage, individuals
can strategically develop their personal brands to thrive in various aspects of life.
