Abstract
Kontroling je funkcija u poduzeću koja se bavi planiranjem, kontrolom i upravljanjem poslovnim procesima kako bi se osigurala efikasnost i učinkovitost poslovanja. Cilj kontrolinga je pružiti menadžmentu potrebne informacije za donošenje informiranih odluka koje će pomoći u ostvarivanju strateških ciljeva poduzeća. Kontroling nabave, specifično, fokusira se na nabavne procese u poduzeću. To uključuje definiranje potreba za materijalima, uslugama i opremom te izrada plana nabave koji je usklađen s ukupnim poslovnim planom. Kontroling nabave je ključan za osiguranje efikasnog i ekonomičnog procesa nabave, što može značajno utjecati na profitabilnost i konkurentnost poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Controlling is a company function that deals with planning, control and management of business processes in order to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. The goal of controlling is to provide management with the necessary information to make informed decisions that will help achieve the company's strategic goals. Procurement controlling, specifically focuses on procurement processes in the company. This includes defining the needs for materials, services and equipment and creating a procurement plan that is aligned with the overall business plan. Procurement controlling is key to ensuring an efficient and economical procurement process, which can significantly affect the profitability and competitiveness of the company.
