Abstract Cerebralna paraliza (CP) predstavlja najčešći oblik teških neuromotornih problema kod djece, karakteriziran trajnim neprogresivnim poremećajima pokreta i motoričkih funkcija. Etiologija CP-e uključuje niz faktora rizika koji mogu biti prisutni prije, tijekom i nakon trudnoće. Klinička slika CP-e uključuje različite oblike: spastični, diskinetički i ataksični. ... More ataksični uzrokuje probleme s ravnotežom i koordinacijom. Fizioterapija ima važnu ulogu u optimizaciji motoričkih funkcija, prevencije sekundarnih komplikacija i promicanja funkcionalne neovisnosti. Fizioterapijska procjena uključuje anamnezu, opservaciju i standardizirane postupke mjerenja, kao što su Sustav klasifikacije grube motorike (GMFCS) i Test klasifikacije grube motorike (GMFM). Fizioterapijske intervencije uključuju razne tehnike i pristupe. Neurorazvojna terapija (NDT) prema Bobath konceptu fokusira se na smanjenje abnormalnih obrazaca pokreta i poticanje normalnih motoričkih obrazaca. Vojta metoda koristi refleksne motoričke obrasce za poboljšanje motoričkih funkcija. Baby handling uključuju pravilno podizanje, nošenje, hranjenje, oblačenje i igru s djetetom, čime se potiče optimalan razvoj. Senzorna integracija omogućujući bolju percepciju, ponašanje i učenje. Osim toga, edukacija roditelja djece s CP-om od presudne je važnosti za učinkovitu rehabilitaciju i poboljšanje kvalitete života. Roditelji trebaju biti upoznati s osnovama CP-e, terapijskim pristupima poput Bobath koncepta i Vojta metode, te pravilnim tehnikama rukovanja i stimulacije djeteta. Također je važno da znaju koristiti pomoćna sredstva i provoditi osnovne vježbe kod kuće. Emocionalna podrška i strategije suočavanja s izazovima brige o djetetu s CP-om doprinose boljem ishodu terapije i cjelokupnom zadovoljstvu obitelji. Less
Abstract (english) Cerebral palsy (CP) represents the most common form of severe neuromotor problems in children, characterized by permanent non-progressive disorders of movement and motor functions. The etiology of CP includes a range of risk factors that can be present before, during, and after pregnancy. The clinical picture of CP includes different forms: spastic, dyskinetic, and ataxic. ... More includes uncontrolled movements, while the ataxic form causes problems with balance and coordination. Physiotherapy plays an important role in optimizing motor functions, preventing secondary complications, and promoting functional independence. Physiotherapeutic assessment includes anamnesis, observation, and standardized measurement procedures, such as the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) and the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM). Physiotherapeutic interventions include various techniques and approaches. Neurodevelopmental therapy (NDT) according to the Bobath concept focuses on reducing abnormal movement patterns and encouraging normal motor patterns. The Vojta method uses reflex motor patterns to improve motor functions. Baby handling includes proper lifting, carrying, feeding, dressing, and playing with the child, thereby promoting optimal development. Sensory integration allows better perception, behavior, and learning. In addition, educating parents of children with CP is crucial for effective rehabilitation and improving the quality of life. Parents need to be familiar with the basics of CP, therapeutic approaches such as the Bobath concept and Vojta method, and proper handling and stimulation techniques for the child. It is also important for them to know how to use assistive devices and perform basic exercises at home.
