In this final work on the topic „Distribution system in company Marlex” are explained terms of logistics and distribution, structures and indicators of distribution and participants in the distribution. The emphasis is on defining the terms of distribution channels and physical distribution, participants in the distribution and the concept of international logistics and distribution. It will be explained the concept of logistics and distribution, major decisions and the basic tasks of distribution and purpose of distribution. It will also be explained the term distribution channels, important decisions in the selection of distribution channels, types of distribution channels and the role of intermediaries in the distribution channel. It will be explained the term of physical distribution and the relation between physical distribution and distribution channels, then the term of distribution networks and the term of international logistics and distribution and in short the necessary documentation in international freight traffic. It will be shown and explained the process of production, storage and transport of the products on example in company Marlex.
