The aim of this final paper is to present the process of implementing the product track and trace system in SCM and is presented in the example of the track and trace system in the distribution operation at BAT. The marking and monitoring of the project are in line with the proven requirements and the cloaks that are binding on all members of the European Union. The goal of the project is 100% aligned. Where you have not reported, the plan is to install the technology and introduce processes to achieve 100% compliance. Track and trace a program consisting of multiple processes to monitor the safe movement of the cloak within the SCM. To make the ability to track the movement of tobacco products through SCM, make the site or first external customer or non-BAT end consumer from the manufacturing site. The first part of the paper defines the requirements of the European Union regarding the distribution of tobacco products. The second part of the paper deals with the concepts of SCM track and trace systems. In order to make it easier to show and understand the system of introduction of tracking and traceing in SCM, each is dedicated to a specific chapter in which both concepts are enhanced in detail. A system for introducing track and trace through SCM in BAT is published and presented in the third part of the paper. The importance of introducing a track and trace system through SCM in BAT is described at the end of the paper.
