Process controlling is a new concept of controlling based on the growing demands of stakeholders resulting from the turbulence of organizational environments. By implementing the process approach and the quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard, the organization is committed to constantly improving its processes. In order for processes to be able to improve the imperative it is necessary to develop ways and methods for measuring the existing process performance, implementing GAP analysis, and identifying projects and measures through which the process improvement will be accessed. One methodology that respects all the requirements of stakeholders as well as the requirements that ISO 9001 sets for the organization is process controlling. By measuring the process stability, efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness, the model process controlling provides for an analysis of possible deviations as well as proposing solutions to reduce the identified deviation.
