This paper deals with the analysis of risk factors associated with the incidence of soccer injuries. The aim of the research is to identify key risk factors which contribute to injuries among soccer players and to test hypotheses that provide insights into future prevention and reduction of injury frequency. The study was conducted among adult soccer players from various soccer clubs across Croatia, focusing on understanding the factors which increase the risk of injuries during soccer activities. Data was collected through a survey questionnaire distributed among soccer clubs that expressed interest in participating in the research. The questionnaire is anonymous and intended exclusively for adult players who are active members of their clubs. It consists of 25 questions covering basic information about the respondents, training and playing data, injury data, preventive measures, and support from professional staff. The research results provide valuable information for coaches, doctors, and sports experts, enabling a better understanding of risk factors and the development of more effective strategies to reduce the incidence of injuries. Data analysis will assist in creating practical recommendations for injury prevention and the improvement of soccer players' safety and performance.
