| Sažetak | U radu je prikazano osnivanje privatne detektivske agencije Veritas sa sjedištem na području grada Varaždina. Rad započinje kratkim objašnjenjem pojma poduzetništva i poduzetnika te su opisani počeci poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj, a potom slijedi prikaz klasifikacije poduzetnika i poduzetničkih pothvata. Prva cjelina zaključuje se s definicijama poslovnog plana, SWOT analize, vizije misije i ciljeva poduzeća te obrazovanjem u poduzetništvu. Druga cjelina odnosi se na trgovačka društva te su objašnjene razlike između društva s ograničenom odgovornošću, jednostavnog društva s ograničenom odgovornošću, dioničkog društva i obrta. Slijedi kratak prikaz povijesti detektivskih agencija te je ukratko prikazan život i rad Eugena Francoisa Vidocqa te Allana Pinkertona, koji se smatraju pionirima privatnih detektiva. Također su ukratko prikazane detektivske agencije u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, Republici Sloveniji te Republici Hrvatskoj. Potom se dolazi do najbitnijeg dijela vezanog za osnivanje privatne detektivske agencije Veritas, a to je pravna regulativa koja je detaljno obrađena. Naime, temeljni propis za osnivanje privatne detektivske agencije u Republici Hrvatskoj je Zakon o privatnim detektivima koji je dopunjen s više pravilnika koji su također obrađeni u samom radu te je detaljno prikazano koje sve uvjete je potrebno zadovoljiti da bi se registrirala takva vrsta djelatnosti, koje uvjete treba osoba zadovoljiti da bi se dobila licenca za privatnog detektiva, kako i koje informacije prikupljaju privatni detektivi, koje vrste usluga smiju privatni detektivi pružati, koja kaznena djela smiju istraživati i drugo. Zatim slijedi dio rada u kojem je detaljno prikazan poslovni plan privatne detektivske agencije Veritas, počevši od samog imena agencije, loga, ciljeva, misije i vrijednosti agencije, do popisa djelatnosti, potrebne opreme, postupka registracije privatne detektivske agencije, zaposlenika, prikaza plaće privatnim detektivima te prikaz cjenika usluga koje će pružati privatna detektivska agencija Veritas. Također je prikazana i SWOT analiza za navedenu agenciju, ukupan financijski trošak za nabavu opreme, marketing, poslovne suradnje agencije, kredit koji je potreban da bi se kupila potrebna oprema te je dat prikaz otplate kredita, a poglavlje se zaključuje kratkim prikazom bespovratnih potpora. S obzirom da se radi o specifičnoj vrsti djelatnosti, provedeno je i istraživanje u kojem su građani izrazili svoja mišljenja o privatnoj detektivskoj agenciji te hoće li i po kojoj cijeni koristiti usluge privatne detektivske agencije, a rezultati istraživanja prikazani su na samom kraju rada. |
| Sažetak (engleski) | The paper presents the establishment of the private detective agency Veritas based in the city of Varaždin. The paper begins with a brief explanation of the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs, and describes the beginnings of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia, followed by an overview of the classification of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial ventures. The first part concludes with definitions of the business plan, SWOT analysis, vision, mission and goals of the company, and education in entrepreneurship. The second part refers to companies, and explains the differences between a limited liability company, a simple limited liability company, a joint stock company, and a trade. This is followed by a brief overview of the history of detective agencies, and briefly presents the life and work of Eugene Francois Vidocq and Allan Pinkerton, who are considered the founders of private detectives. Detective agencies in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Slovenia, and the Republic of Croatia are also briefly presented. Then comes the most important part related to the establishment of the private detective agency Veritas, which is the legal regulations, which are discussed in detail. Namely, the basic regulation for establishing a private detective agency in the Republic of Croatia is the Private Detectives Act, which is supplemented by several regulations that are also discussed in the paper itself, and it shows in detail all the conditions that need to be met in order to register such a type of activity, what conditions a person must meet in order to obtain a private detective license, how and what information private detectives collect, what types of services private detectives may provide, what crimes they may investigate, and so on. This is followed by a part of the paper in which the business plan of the private detective agency Veritas is presented in detail, starting from the name of the agency itself, logo, goals, mission and values of the agency, to the list of activities, necessary equipment, the procedure for registering a private detective agency, employees, a presentation of salaries for private detectives, and a presentation of the price list of services that the private detective agency Veritas will provide. It also presents a SWOT analysis for the mentioned agency, the total financial cost of purchasing equipment, marketing, business cooperation of the agency, the loan needed to purchase the necessary equipment, and an overview of loan repayment, and the chapter concludes with a brief overview of non-refundable grants. Given that this is a specific type of activity, a survey was conducted in which citizens expressed their opinions about a private detective agency and whether and at what price they would use the services of a private detective agency, and the results of the survey are presented at the very end of the paper. |
