The emergence of communication is the result of living beings. With the birth of every living creature there is a need for them to exchange information between themselves and to communicate. The types of communication are verbal and nonverbal. Verbal communication is expressed in words, and non-verbal movements. After the first year of life besides nonverbal communication, verbal communication, ie communication with words, occurs. Medicine is a very important communication. High importance is attached to patient and healthcare communication. Communication is complete when trust is established between the health care staff and the patient. A sick man has a need to speak about his illness often extensively and to the smallest details because it mentally relieves him. Patient in addition to the resulting problem - fear and worry that goes with illness and disturbed health - seeing a mistrust or silence by a nurse and a doctor just complicates and complicates his or her already shaky health condition. To be effective as experts, it's not enough to be deeply committed to patients. The quality of workplace relations significantly influences the development of a positive working atmosphere and complex relationships among colleagues. The professional relationship provides a unique opportunity for a full access to the patient, relying on knowledge from different disciplines - medicine, nursing, psychology and others. In relationships with experts, it is necessary to focus on the goal, sincerity, empathy, active listening and respect for the dignity of the other, all that is the basis of a successful relationship between the expert and the patient.
