Virtual stores are increasingly used not only for the purpose of expanding and increasing the growth of a company as well as at startup itself. This paper briefly explains the history of the development of virtual commerce over the years. It is important to know the history of virtual commerce in order to know the original idea that led to the creation of virtual commerce. Also to understand what benefits it brings to a company. This paper work shows how to plan a virtual store, what are the types of virtual store and what all the advantages and disadvantages of virtual commerce are. It describes why it is important to focus on UX and UI when creating a virtual store. It is explained how to adapt the store to be as simple, intuitive and interactive as possible and how the elements and colors affect the user. The ultimate reason for this paper is to do research on existing virtual store and identify all disadvantages. After the initial research, it was made redesign of the virtual store according to the results of the first study. Another study was conducted on a redesigned virtual store. The purpose of the second research is to support the new improvements and interactivity that were made according to the results of the first research. Based on the data obtained from both surveys, it will be concluded what are the trends and what kind of interactivity is needed for better operation of virtual store.
