Business ethics in the 21st century is not at a high level. Advertising is one of the indicators of this claim. Ads treat people as objects and create stereotypes from them. This is most noticeable in the analysis of women and children in advertising. Businesses have only one goal, and that is profit. It can be said that ethics and morality have given way to earnings. The competition is huge so businesses are pushing the boundaries of ethics and morality. Advertising seeks to stimulate demand for a particular product in order to acquaint potential consumers with the characteristics of the product. Nowadays, unethical actions are more and more present, we encounter a large number of unethical examples of advertising every day in order to gain as many customers as possible with the aim of selling a product or service in order to generate profit. At the same time, the advertising industry does not choose the means and ways in which it will reach future consumers, so in their unethical actions they very often exaggerate and exceed the limits of good taste. The research was conducted through an anonymous questionnaire on 303 respondents. The obtained research results will be presented in a graph, and the truth of the two hypotheses will be tested.
