Sažetak | Kroz period trudnoće žensko tijelo prolazi kroz brojne transformacije kako bi se pripremilo za porođaj. Dolazi do anatomskih, fizioloških pa i emocionalnih promjena koje utječu na svakodnevne aktivnosti, te zahtijevaju prilagodbu na novonastale situacije. Osim uobičajenih medicinskih pregleda i savjeta u novije vrijeme fizioterapijske tehnike uvelike mogu pridonijeti dobrobiti zdravlja trudnica. Fizioterapeut već od samog početka trudnoće može svojim znanjem i preporukama doprinijeti podizanju svijesti trudnice o važnosti tjelesne aktivnosti i zdravog načina života u cilju očuvanja i unapređenju zdravlja u svim njegovim segmentima. Uz pravilnu fizioterapijsku procjenu individualno se pristupa u pronalaženju najboljeg načina rada s trudnicom. Vježbe se odvijaju prema tromjesečjima, te donose brojne pozitivne rezultate. Provode se pravilne tehnike disanja, opuštanje i pozicioniranje, a ako zdravstveni status trudnice dozvoljava mogu se primjenjivati i druge fizioterapijske procedure kao što su: hidroterapija, kinesio taping, TENS, medicinska masaža i primjena ortoza. Trudnice nakon primjene fizioterapijskih intervencija usvajaju tehnike koje im olakšavaju svakodnevne aktivnosti, ali i novonastale situacije koje sa sobom nosi period trudnoće. Trudnice nakon provedene edukacije mogu samostalno provoditi tehnike koje im olakšavaju bol. Određenim vježbama ili pozicioniranjem, tehnikama disanja i opuštanja također mogu osvijestiti važnost brige za sebe i plod, te u konačnici i nastaviti primjenjivati naučeno i nakon poroda. Dobre strane učinka fizioterapije na trudnice dovode do: smanjenja nastanka komplikacija u trudnoći, bolje kontrole nad tjelesnom težinom, smanjenja pojave depresije, većeg samopoštovanja i olakšanog poroda. |
Sažetak (engleski) | During pregnancy, the female body goes through numerous transformations in order to prepare for childbirth. Anatomical, physiological and even emotional changes occur that affect daily activities and require adaptation to new situations. In addition to the usual medical examinations and advice, recently physiotherapy techniques can greatly contribute to the health of pregnant women. From the very beginning of pregnancy, a physiotherapist can, with his knowledge and recommendations, contribute to raising the pregnant woman's awareness of the importance of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle in order to preserve and improve health in all its segments. With a proper physiotherapy assessment, an individual approach is taken in finding the best way to work with a pregnant woman. The exercises take place according to the trimesters, and bring numerous positive results. Proper breathing techniques, relaxation and positioning are performed, and if the health status of the pregnant woman allows, other physiotherapy procedures can be applied, such as: hydrotherapy, kinesio taping, TENS, medical massage and application of orthoses. After the application of physiotherapy interventions, pregnant women adopt techniques that facilitate their daily activities, as well as new situations that the pregnancy period brings with it. After the training, pregnant women can independently perform techniques that ease their pain. With certain exercises or positioning, breathing and relaxation techniques, they can also become aware of the importance of taking care of themselves and the fetus, and ultimately continue to apply what they have learned even after childbirth. The positive effects of physiotherapy on pregnant women lead to: reduction of pregnancy complications, better control over body weight, reduction of depression, higher self-esteem and easier childbirth. |
