Digital transformation is a process that takes place in all sectors and today is a prerequisite for successful business. It represents a trend in which companies completely change their business processes and way of doing business. In today's world, the key to success is to accelerate growth based on continuous monitoring of trends, investment in digital transformation and innovation. The subject of research is the digital transformation of business. The objectives of the paper are to bring the concept of digital transformation closer to the reader and to show the activities that the selected company carried out in order to digitally transform its own business, but also to provide support in the digital transformation of the business of other economic entities. The paper defines the key elements of a successful digital transformation, ways of adapting to digital transformation of business and a case study of Croatian Telecom's activities in the field of digital transformation of business. In this paper, secondary sources of data were used, such as books, professional and scientific articles in Croatian and English, relevant Internet sources and Moj Telekom and Gradski parking Šibenik apps. In order to achieve the goal of this paper, description methods are used to define key terms, comparative methods to compare terms from different literature, inductive method and case study research strategy.
