Abstract
Kontroling je stručna pomoć menadžmentu koja uz pomoć izgradnje integriranog i objedinjenog sustava upravljanja koji svoje temelje nalazi na jasno definiranoj viziji, misiji i ciljevima poduzeća. Zadatak kontrolera je da kontroling u poduzeću dovede na mjesto koje mu pripada bez obzira gdje je postavljen u poduzeću. Jedan od važnijih kontrolerskih zadataka je također i kvalitetna podjela svojih poslova i zadataka kako bi sve menadžerske razine mogle kvalitetno raditi. Cilj funkcije kadroviranja je pribaviti ljudske resurse koji su potrebni za obavljanje određenih zadataka. Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima odnosi se na sve aspekte utjecanja menadžmenta na podređene suradnike i čini podređenu cjelinu.

Controlling is a scientific assistance to management, which with the help of building integrated and unified management system that its foundations finds on a clearly defined vision, mission and goals of the organization. The task of the controller is to controlling in the organization bring upon its rightful place regardless of where it is placed in the organization. One of the most important tasks of controller is also quality division of his jobs and tasks so all managerial levels could work well. The objective function of staffing is to acquire human resources needed to perform certain tasks. Human resources management refers to all aspects management influence on subordinate associates and makes a subordinate unit.
